I hereby affirm, to the best of my knowledge and belief, based on inspections, observations, testing of the feature renovation & improvement works at the Willingdon Golf Course and upon reports submitted by others, that the below mentioned projects executed in Second year out of the 3 years renovation plan by GreenLinks Consulting is complete, operable, satisfactory and shall substantially increase the lifespan of the golf course features. The renovation and improvement works were completed in accordance with the club’s issued guidelines, compliance standards, norms, and sustainable golf development guidelines.
